
VYPE: What grade are you in?
Tuttle: I am a freshman.
VYPE: What esports games do you compete in?
Tuttle: I compete in Rocket league, Overwatch 2, Fortnite Zone Wars, Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.
VYPE: What awards or titles have you won?
Tuttle: I am hoping to take home my first state championship this year, and I am excited to try to win the SSBU Invitational coming up soon.
VYPE: What has been the highlight moment of your career so far?
Tuttle: Doing really well during practices – I scored higher than some of our seniors and it made me feel confident.
VYPE: Who are some of your biggest influences or role models? Why?
Tuttle: My mom and dad are my biggest influences because I look up to them and they give me great advice.
VYPE: What teacher has had the biggest impact on your life? How?
Tuttle: At my old school before I moved here, Ms. Adcock. She helped me understand science by giving me tools. I really appreciated that.
VYPE: What motivates you?
Tuttle: Not getting grounded, and being a leader in esports will give me many opportunities in the future.
VYPE: What does it mean to you to represent your school and community when you play?
Tuttle: To prove that esports is not just playing video games, you can actually be something.
VYPE: What has it taken to be successful in esports?
Tuttle: A lot of practice, good communication, good teamwork, and practicing well with my teammates, understanding each other.
