OUTLOOK

The new season has arrived, and the Pryor Tigers are looking forward to getting back on the court. Head coach Nathan Smith has an excellent mix of players that includes athleticism, size, and players who work hard in practice making their teammates better every day.

When the season tips off the Tigers will have five seniors on the roster which includes Christian Fuentes (5-8, Sr.) at guard, Kellon Duncan (6-0, Sr.) at forward, Jonathan Wright (6-0, Sr.) at forward, Daejuan Downing (5-9, Sr.) at guard and Marcelo Meza (5-10, Sr.) at forward.

The junior class is solid with Jackson Mavers (5-10, Jr.) at guard, Braden Ward (6-0, Jr.) at guard, Brock Ward (6-0, Jr.) at forward, and Aidyn Vazquez (5-9, Jr.) at guard.

A talented group of sophomores will shore up the lineup. This group includes Carter Sloan (5-11, So.) at guard, Mason McAlvain (6-2, So.) at forward, Kameron Earls (6-2, So.) at forward, and Jackson Parks (6-2, So.) at forward.

Two incoming freshmen will have the opportunity to show what they can do at the varsity level. Look for Khalil Spurrier (5-10, Fr.) at guard and Gage Lefrere (5-11, Sr.) at guard to help this team in whatever way they can this season. The Tigers will participate in the Cleveland Tournament, Oologah Tournament and a Christmas tournament at KC HyVee Arena.
