OUTLOOK
The Central Braves enter the 2024-25 season under the leadership of coach Nolan Richardson IV and led by Jeremiah Moore (Jr.).
“I am excited for the upcoming season. In my first year as head coach, I know we will do a lot of learning and growing. We have an incredibly hard-working group who is excited to compete,” Richardson said. “Jeremiah Moore is a scrappy, tough, and smart basketball player. An excellent defender, this guard is an excellent two-way player. A hard worker and coachable.”
“ ”Moore is a VYPE Top 100 selectee, and a player coach Richardson expects to have a great season. Moore can be counted on to guard the opponent’s best scorer. Joseph Pigram (Sr.) and Ralph Stokes (Jr.) are two players the Braves are excited to have back. Both bring experience and athleticism to the floor.
Newcomer Pete Robinson (Fr.) has been called a smooth player and a true hooper. Coach Richardson said Robinson may be a freshman, but he understands and plays the game like an older player. Other players to watch this season include Desean Glover-Poore (So.), Andre Hawthorne (Sr.), Javeion Johnson (Jr.), Devante Ogans (Jr.), Jharriyn Wilson (So.), Malik Malone (So.), De’marius Jordan (So.), Robert Frasier (Fr.), and Amarion Edwards (Sr.).
