VYPE: Landon, what grade are you in this season and what age did you start playing soccer?

Landon Anderson: I am in 11th grade, and I started playing soccer when I was 14.

VYPE: What position are you playing for the Sandites?
LA: I play center back.

VYPE: What would you say is the strength of your game and what have you improved on the most this season?

LA: My strength is headers and I have improved my composure in the ball the most.

VYPE: What makes CPHS a great place for you as a student-athlete?
LA: CPHS helps is a great place for student-athletes because it gives the necessary equipment to get better.

VYPE: How do you mentally prepare yourself for competition?
LA: I try to lock in by staying off my phone.


VYPE: What do you love most about your teammates?

LA: I love that my teammates always want each other to be the best we can.  

VYPE: What accomplishment are you most proud of in your playing career?

LA: I am most proud of scoring on Sapulpa.

VYPE: Who inspires you?

LA: My parents inspire me.

VYPE: What are your plans for life after high school?

LA: I plan to try and go to the Coast Guard Academy.
