VYPE: Hope, you had a solid season last year, what kind of numbers did you put up?
Hope Bump: I averaged 13 points, 3.0 assists and 6.0 rebounds.
VYPE: What is your process for getting better?
HB: Stay consistent in the gym.
VYPE: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
HB: AAU National Champion and making it to state last year.
VYPE: What current or former teammate has left an impression on you?
HB: Taiona Morris is the teammate that left the biggest impression on me because I’ve never played with someone that has the same work ethic as her. She stayed in the gym and made everyone around her better.
VYPE: Do you have a favorite teacher at CPHS?
HB: Mrs. Roulet because she is someone that you can go to for anything.
VYPE: Who inspires you?
HB: My sister is my biggest inspiration because she continuously faces adversity and overcomes it every time.
VYPE: What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
HB: “Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31
