Charles Page High School sophomore Savannah Ramsey is a member of the varsity softball team. Ramsey has played softball for nine year and said she loves playing right field for the Sandites.
“My favorite memory is diving and catching a pop fly in Moore,” said Ramsey.
Ramsey said her teammates keep the games fun and she loves competing with them. When asked about the funniest player on the team or who has the dirtiest uniform, Ramsey had a quick answer.
“Rowen Hull keeps the team laughing and Sawyer Brisco is the most serious,” Ramsey said. “Lakelyn has the dirtiest uniform after a game.”
In the classroom, Ramsey said picking a favorite subject and teacher is easy.
“My favorite subject is Chemistry with Mr. Coleman.”
Once her playing days at Sand Springs come to an end, Ramsey hopes to attend college. She is undecided which university she would like to attend.
