VYPE: What grade are you currently in and how long have you been playing baseball?

Aaron Roberts: I’m currently in 11th grade and have played baseball since I was four.

VYPE: What is your favorite subject in school and who is your favorite teacher?

AR: My favorite teacher is Mrs. Admire, and my favorite subject is math.

VYPE: Are you involved in any other clubs or groups at school?

AR: Leadership Council.

VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life and why?

AR: My dad, he instilled in me the importance of hard work and dedication in every aspect of life.

VYPE: What are your plans for after graduation?

AR: I intend to pursue a college degree in Finance while continuing my baseball career.

VYPE: What position do you play and what position would you like to play?

AR: I’m a catcher and a pitcher, and I simply want to play the great game of baseball in whatever position I am needed at.

VYPE: What is the best unwritten rule in baseball?

AR: You don’t step on the foul line.

VYPE: What do you tell yourself at the plate?

AR: Hit the ball hard!

VYPE: Steal a base or knock a double, which do you prefer and why?

AR: Knock a double, there is just something that warms the soul with catching a barrel.
