Sapulpa’s Emma Panak – Soccer Spotlight – Presented by Reed Architecture & Interiors

Sapulpa’s Emma Panak

In her freshman year of varsity athletics, Emma Panak of Sapulpa High School has enjoyed a great first season on the pitch. Panak started playing the game when she was in the third grade. Panak said she loves the team and representing SHS on the pitch.

“I love that we all get along so well. SHS a great place because the other athletes push me to be the best I can be,” said Panak.

A striker, Panak can play multiple positions. The only one she does not play is keeper. With a unique set of skills and quick feet, Panak is poised for a great high school career.

“My strength is that I am fast and quick on my feet,” said Panak.

But the freshman is quick to point out her teammates and what they have accomplished this season.
“Abby has really impressed me this year, she is a fantastic goalkeeper,” said Panak.

Panak said she is inspired be the people closest to her, mom and dad.

“A huge inspiration to me has been my parents. They have always pushed me to be the best athlete I can be and have always supported me in everything I do,” said Panak.

Determining what to do with her summer and life after high school are two issues Panak will tackle one at a time.

“When I have down time, I like to spend it with my family and sisters. Spending time with my sister before she goes to college, and with family and friends,” Panak said. “I plan to go to college for soccer and become an aesthetician.”
