Congratulations to the Coweta varsity cheer team on making it the state competition and turning in a top 10 performance.
Head coach Jodi Chronister and assistant coaches Angie Phillips and Shelbie Hayes traveled with more than 20 student-athletes to compete at Union High School. The team members included Hailey Beers, Remmi Hughes, Kaitlyn McNac, Cora O’Dell, Chesney Thompson, Kailee Troy, Addison Cain, Juju Cehand, Daisy Stone, Brayleigh Carper-Dewpew, Emma Chronister, Mackenzie Emery, Coniyah Farrow, Averie Medlock, Molly O’Dell, Kinely Apple, Hannah Beddall, Eriana Bishop, Bianca Ibarra, and Emma Tobias.
The alternates were Shandy Jones, Ella Abernathy, Kenady Drummond, Chloe Roberts, Miranda Reynolds, and Lyla Warren.
