KIEFER TROJANS

Coach: TRENT WORLEY

13-1

OFFENSE

The Kiefer Trojans are poised for another strong season with a mix of returning veterans and fresh talent ready to step up. “We are not rebuilding but reloading. We have a next man up mentality,” said head coach Trent Worley. The Trojans’ offense will operate from a multiple personnel and formation setup originating from the Spread-Wing T, aiming to exploit defensive weaknesses with versatility. “Our top priority is running the ball, while being physical. We also want to be very balanced,” Worley emphasized. Leading the charge will be running back Bradley Breland (5-6, 160, Sr.), a dynamic player expected to be the first 1000-yard rusher under Worley’s tenure. Key offensive contributors include Kendall Lang (6-2, 275, Sr.) at left tackle, tight end Brayden Holt (6-4, 225, Sr.), and wide receiver Cooper Shoaf (5-10, 155, Sr.). With six returning starters, the Trojans aim to maintain their offensive prowess from last season.

DEFENSE

Defensively, the Trojans will be a force to reckon with, returning seven starters from last year’s formidable unit. “We pride ourselves on running to and pursuing the ball as a defensive unit. We are aggressive in blitzing from every position, playing every front and zone coverage known,” Worley noted. The Trojans will base out of a 3-3-5 formation but will employ multiple fronts and coverages to keep opponents off balance. Standout defensive players include middle linebacker Titus Bell (6-3, 245, So.), who recorded 108 tackles as a freshman, and defensive end Brayden Holt. Other key defenders include safety Dakota Morris (5-10, 160, Jr.) and linebacker Bradley Breland, who is also a top offensive performer. With their aggressive style and experienced lineup, the Trojans’ defense is set to dominate once again. Assistant coaches include Ryan Kowalewski (DC), Ben Duncan, Burgess Shaw, Rich Duncan, Jeremy Nethon, Jimmy Brown, Blake Byars, Codey Lasiter, Chris Hickson, Kyler Holt, and Chris Hickson.
